Free numeracy programme to boost maths confidence for primary schools in Derbyshire.
National Numeracy, the charity behind National Numeracy Day and Number Confidence Week – is offering over 150 fully funded places on their 2-year Schools & Families Programme for primary schools.
The Schools & Families Programme aims to:
- increase pupil confidence and enjoyment of maths
- support parents and carers to engage with maths at home
- build a consistent, whole‑school maths culture that lasts
- strengthen community engagement at zero cost to your school.
National Numeracy is now recruiting primary schools from across the UK to join this initiative, which runs from November 2025 to December 2026. With over 170 places available, including opportunities for primary schools in Derbyshire, schools are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
A free webinar is being held on Thursday 17 September 2026 on Zoom for interested schools, 12:30pm to 1pm.
